In the year 2007, with a mission to ensure a healthy and affluent society Dr. Ashok Bhatia and Mr. Satyan Bhatia initiated a movement by starting IMC, which would make every individual Fit and Financially Independent. 2010 – 2011
Launched Shri Tulsi , which is now a Hero Product of IMC. By promoting Herbal Products, IMC aims to bring back the century’s old science of Ayurveda that holds the secrets of disease-free life by consuming medicines made with natural herbs. IMC made a healthy addition to our everyday life with its Ayurvedic : Health and Nutrition product range.
Launched first ever magazine: Choo Lo Aasman . The goal of IMC is to promote Swadeshi products in the domestic and International market via Direct Selling and eliminate the role of middlemen. Excellency Award of Ayurveda presented to IMC. IMC has come up with a unique range of Skin and Personal care products which are just worth it and effective to the core.

Company’s sale reached to 162 Crore with 383 district distributors, 2199 outlets, 19 state distributors across the country. IMC received International Achievers Award for Business Development.
Mr. Satyan Bhatia was honored with Bhartiya Gaurav Puraskar. IMC Became member of FICCI and FDSA. IMC sale reached to 318 Crore with 818 district distributors, 5913 outlets and 27 state distributors across the country. In ten years’ time, IMC has grown abundantly and become the leading company in India that produces herbal and Ayurvedic products. Dr. Ashok Bhatia had received LMA Sohan Lal Pahwa Award for Emerging SME of the year 2017.
